The key isn't necessarily training more. It's knowing where to focus your effort.

This exercise looks simple, but it’s doing a lot!

The Bird Dog Row combines a single-arm dumbbell row with a bird-dog position, challenging your core, balance, and ability to stay stable while you move one side of your body at a time.

Unlike a traditional row, you have to resist rotating or shifting your body as you lift the weight. That makes it a great exercise for building the kind of real-world strength and stability you need for activities like cycling, hiking, skiing—and everyday life.

And don’t be fooled by the bird-dog position: this isn’t just a “corrective” exercise. Once you’ve mastered the movement, you can gradually increase the weight to make your core work harder and continue building strength.

Strong core. Better stability. More confidence in the activities you love.
