Little me would be so proud. 🥹🤍
And honestly, I feel that pride every single day.
Owning a business is hard. It stretches you, humbles you, and puts pressure on you to keep showing up—even on the days you’re exhausted. But it’s also one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.
I carry such a deep sense of gratitude for this journey, even for the uncomfortable parts, because those are the moments that shaped me the most.
As a kid, I always knew I wanted to do something that helped people. For a while, I thought that meant becoming an anesthesiologist, then an oncology nurse practitioner. Somehow, life led me here instead—owning a nutrition club. And in its own way, I’m still doing exactly what I always wanted: helping people. Whether that’s through nutrition, encouragement, or simply being someone they can talk to, vent to, and feel supported by. 🤍
I’m endlessly thankful for the customers who became friends, and for the family and friends who believed in me before the vision even made sense.
It hasn’t always been easy, but it has always felt aligned. And I know, without a doubt, that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
It wasn’t luck.
It was consistency. It was passion. It was showing up.
And it was believing in a little dream that started long before I ever knew what it would become. 🤍✨
