I am a medical professional who has transitioned into the beauty industry to bring out the inner and natural beauty of her clients. I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began her career in the Cardiothoracic ICU in NYC at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Although CT surgery has always been a passion for me, I would find myself constantly drawn to the “happy medicine” of Aesthetics. My transition into the industry has been truly seamless as I strive to continually learn more about this innovative field. Also, my faith is important to me, and because of it I love to bring out the inner best in every client to help accentuate their natural God-given beauty. Luz MediSpa is perfectly situated in northern Westchester County, New York in the town of Somers. We are conveniently located near all of the communities of Westchester County, as well as communities in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Most people who have had too much done have no idea it happened. 🫣

That is the part nobody talks about. It is almost never one dramatic decision. It is a little here, a little there, each one reasonable on its own, until one day you catch your reflection and something just feels off, even if you cannot name it.

I say this with a lot of compassion, because the people this happens to were not careless. They were usually just trusting someone who kept saying yes when the honest answer was not yet, or no.

That is the real job, and it is the part you cannot see on a menu.

Let me tell you something most people in my field will not say out loud.

A big part of doing this well is knowing when to say no. 🤍

I turn patients away every week, and not because I do not want to help.

There are simply things I will not do.
I will not overfill a face to chase a trend that looks dated in a year, and I will never give someone a result that belongs to a different face.
Trends fade fast, but an overdone face takes a long time to undo. ✨

My rule is simple.
I enhance what is already there, and I protect you from anything that takes you further from looking like yourself. Saying no is not me being difficult. It is me caring about the face you have to live with.
