Mobility Monday
Dr. Kirsten demonstrates a standing hamstring stretch. This is a quick and easy stretch to perform without having to lie down! Put your leg up on a step and keep your front knee straight. Lean forward or reach towards your toes to feel a gentle pull to the back of your thigh and hold for 30 seconds.
