On Sunday, September 20th, I’m hosting an intimate Group Reiki Drumming Session — combining Reiki energy with the grounding rhythm and vibration of the drum.

This isn’t a large workshop. I’m intentionally keeping it small — just 6 people — so the experience can remain peaceful, personal, and connected.

You don’t need experience with Reiki, meditation, or energy work. You don’t need to arrive feeling peaceful.

Just come as you are and give yourself an hour to receive. 🤍

If you’ve never experienced Vibroacoustic Therapy before, it’s honestly a little difficult to explain — because it’s something you have to feel.

You lie on the inHarmony Vibroacoustic table wearing headphones while the music you’re hearing is translated into synchronized vibration throughout the table.

So instead of simply listening to music, you’re immersed in it.

And for people whose brains don’t particularly enjoy being told to “just relax” or “clear your mind,” that sensory input can create an entirely different meditation and relaxation experience. 😮‍💨
