At CTI, we know that caregivers are the heart of every home. Your compassion, dedication, and countless hours of care make a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

Today we’re celebrating the heart of our Structured Family Caregiving program — our caregivers.

Thank you for the love, consistency, and daily support you provide to your loved ones. Because of you, families stay together, care happens at home, and lives are strengthened.

We are grateful for every caregiver who showed up today, connected with our team, shared feedback, and enjoyed fellowship with us.

Today is all about celebrating the heart of our Structured Family Caregiving program — our amazing SFC caregivers.

We are grateful for the love, consistency, sacrifice, and daily support you provide to your loved ones. Because of you, families are able to stay together, individuals are supported at home, and care is delivered with dignity, compassion, and commitment.
