It goes like this:

I came to Champlain Eye & Vision
The staff there have a mission
For all there clients to see so well
and perhaps some glasses along to sell

They do their best for eveyone to see
and have their vision be as best as it can be
The Doctors there are first rate
That fact is without debate

The supporting staff is so kind
They are the best that you can find
They will see to your vision needs
and do their best for you, indeed

They have helped so many to see clear
and the practice is located oh so near
