A dancer, choreographer, author, and one of the first to bring Pilates to the mainstream, Jennifer is the creator of The Method, her signature fusion of Pilates, yoga, and dance. Her award-winning programs have reached millions, and her lineage traces directly back to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates through first-generation master Romana Kryzanowska.
Beginning next week, Jennifer brings her renowned, master-level teaching experience to Natural Vibes.
Through intentional movement, breath, and fluid transitions, youâll build deep core strength, increase flexibility and range of motion, improve posture and balance, and restore a sense of ease and vitality throughout the body.
