Today marks two years since the man, the myth, the legend — Carmen F. Spezzi Sr. — left this world. Not a day goes by that we don’t miss and love you deeply.

It’s hard to believe how much life has changed in these two years. Two more grandchildren have been born, and the business you built alongside Mom continues to grow and thrive. We’re doing our best to carry on the legacy you created — one rooted in community, kindness, hard work, and family.

Carmen Jr. is proudly keeping your recipes alive, Meaghan carries on your gift for bringing people together, and Moira works every day to make sure the business stays true to the vision you created.
