The system includes Harrington Hospital in Southbridge, Harrington Hospital at Webster and three additional major medical office buildings: Harrington at Charlton, Harringt

on at 169, also in Charlton, and Harrington at Spencer; Harrington Physician Services, our primary care and multi-specialty physician group; UrgentCare Express at Harrington in Oxford; The Cancer Center at Harrington in Southbridge, and the region’s largest Behavioral Health programs for mental health and substance use.

We’re proud to share that UMass Memorial Health’s licensed acute care hospitals have been recognized as LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality Leaders in the Human Rights Campaign 2026 Healthcare Equality Index — the highest level of national recognition for LGBTQ+ inclusion in healthcare.*

This designation reflects ongoing work across our system to support patients, caregivers and communities through inclusive care, policies, education and community partnerships.
While this is an important milestone, the work continues as we build on this foundation and advance equitable care for all.

* All UMass Memorial hospital facilities received the 2026 HEI designation, with the exception of Milford Regional, which was not yet fully integrated into the UMass Memorial system at the time we applied.
