Positions Available
* Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
* Behavior Therapist (Training Provided)
Minimum Requirements
✅ Must be 18 years of age or older
✅ High school diploma or equivalent required
✅ Valid government-issued photo ID
✅ Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
✅ Must successfully pass a DCF Background Check
Not Yet an RBT?
No problem! Qualified applicants without an RBT certification are welcome to apply.
All non-RBT hires are required to complete a 40-hour RBT training course (video-based) within 30 days of hire. Please note that this training is unpaid.
