This little one has been coming to us since she was still a tiny babe in mama’s belly. 🤍

We’ve gotten to watch her grow, change, and somehow become a whole new human every time we see her.

And now? She brings her crocheting along and works on her latest creation while she waits for Mom.

One of the sweetest parts of what we do is getting to watch these kiddos grow up right alongside us. From belly bumps to big kids with their own hobbies, personalities, and stories to tell.

Pretty freaking special. 🤍

Hi FRC fam! Lauren here. 💛

I wanted to share some news with you that holds so many emotions.

Life is bringing me in a new direction that I never anticipated. This shift has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make and comes with just about every emotion imaginable.

After 8+ years with FRC, my last day in the office will be Friday, August 28th.

I can’t fully express how grateful I am, and always will be, for the opportunity and honor of becoming part of so many beautiful families.

I’ve watched women become moms, babies become big kids, families grow, and so much life and love happen within these walls over the past eight years.

This is a role and a chapter of my life I will never forget and will carry with me forever.

Thank you for loving me, trusting me, and allowing me to be a small part of your lives.

FRC will always be family, and to say I will miss you all is more than an understatement. 💛

Just a little reminder that chiropractic care isn’t only for grown-ups.

Babies go through a lot of change in a very short amount of time. Birth, feeding, tummy time, learning to roll, sit, crawl.

Their little bodies are constantly adapting.

Gentle pediatric chiropractic care is one way we can support their nervous system and growing bodies through all of it.

And getting to love on sweet little faces like this? Definitely one of the best parts of our job.

Laser therapy has quickly become a great tool in our office.

This little light can do some pretty cool things.

Our Erchonia EVRL laser uses low-level laser therapy to support the body’s natural healing process by working at the cellular level.

Sometimes moms come with their very own support crew.

One kiddo supervising from the table, another making sure Mom has a hand to hold, and mom trying her best to relax for her adjustment.

We love that kids get to grow up seeing chiropractic care as something normal.

They get to watch, ask questions, be involved, and learn that taking care of your body is so important and just part of life.

And sometimes they take their assistant duties very seriously.

Thankfully, babies don't need to understand how their nervous system works. They just need one that's functioning the way it was designed to.

As they grow, their nervous system is constantly adapting to the world around them. Supporting that foundation early can help their bodies better adapt, regulate, grow, and thrive.

And to tell you the truth, these tiny patients make our jobs pretty fun, too. 🤍
