The face of someone who just heard the phrase "tummy time". 😂

While your little one may not always agree, tummy time is one of the most important activities for early development.

Tummy time helps babies build strength in their neck, shoulders, back, and core muscles, which are all essential for milestones like rolling, sitting, crawling, and eventually walking.

It can also help prevent flat spots on the head, encourage coordination, and support healthy motor development.

The good news? It doesn't have to be perfect. A few minutes at a time throughout the day can make a big difference.

And if your baby gives you this look when you mention tummy time, just know they're not alone. 😉

One thing we get asked often is, “Do you see men in your office too?”

And the answer is absolutely yes! We love seeing men in our office.

While many of the patients we care for are women and children, we also see a lot of dads, husbands, hard working guys, athletes, and men who have spent years just trying to “push through.”

Because in all honesty, men carry a lot. And often, it's silent.

The physical stress.
The mental load.
The responsibility.
The pressure to provide.
The exhaustion they rarely talk about.

And so many have been taught to ignore what their body is trying to tell them and "suck it up" until they physically can’t anymore.

Headaches become normal.
Tension becomes normal.
Poor sleep becomes normal.
Feeling run down becomes normal.

But “common” doesn’t always mean healthy. Or normal.

Chiropractic care is about more than just back pain. It’s about helping the body and nervous system function the way they were designed to so you can show up better for your work, your family, your kids, and yourself.

Because men deserve care too.

A calm, sleeping baby during an adjustment visit is one of those little things we never stop appreciating. 🤍

Babies experience stress too. Birth, growth, feeding challenges, tummy discomfort, sleep struggles, overstimulation. Their tiny nervous systems are constantly adapting to the world around them.

One of the things we focus on in our office is helping support and regulate the nervous system so these little bodies can function, rest, grow, and develop the way they’re designed to.

And sometimes, that regulation looks a lot like this. Peaceful baby naps in the office. 🤍
