I received the sweetest email tonight from one of our client’s wives!! ❣️
Hello,
We have had a great experience with Trusted Choice and would like to continue as long as we are able to. I wanted to share with you some feedback about the great people who have helped us.
Laynee - She is so mature, especially for her age. She is always even tempered and calm and goes above and beyond expectations to give Russ companionship and a variety of breakfasts. She is level-headed and takes initiative to improve things.
Rachel - She is always upbeat and lively. She is very thorough with showering and Russ’s exercises. She seems to really care about Russ’s welfare. She makes good suggestions and organized our pantry.
Isaiah - He is so very kind and even tempered, patient and pleasant.
Brooke - She is hardworking and seems serious about her job. She brought wood in and cleared our deck of snow. We miss her.
Rowan - She is so cheerful and a great companion. She takes initiative to clean the bathroom and vacuum. She has a great personality and is fun to have around.
Andrea - She is always upbeat and has a great sense of humor. Russ smiles at the mention of her name. She has impressed others who have come to visit with her demeanor. She is very conscientious and shows great attention to detail. She asks pertinent questions and takes notes when the OT is here and leaves me notes when I’m not here. The OT mentioned how attentive and involved she was during her therapy.
Ashley - She is so sweet, kind and industrious. She is always looking to do more chores. She handles the personal care tasks very professionally.
There are others we haven’t seen for awhile but all were so good.
