Just had your wisdom teeth removed?
Here are 6 pro tips to help make recovery smoother and more comfortable:

1. Ice during the first 24 hours to help reduce swelling.

2. Stick to soft foods like yogurt, smoothies, mashed potatoes, and ice cream.

3. Keep your head elevated while resting.

4. Stay hydrated and avoid carbonated drinks.

5. Take it easy for a few days — no heavy lifting or intense workouts.

A great day of hands-on emergency training with Dr. Freuen. Having an oral surgeon who is both an MD and DDS means our patients receive a higher level of comprehensive care and expertise — and that’s what makes our practice different. Proud of our team for always learning and growing together. 🤍
