Apex Physical Therapy is proud to announce that Emma has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Apex PT Lakeside High School Scholarship!

Emma will be attending Eastern Washington University this fall, where she plans to major in Biology and pursue a career in healthcare. We are excited to support her as she takes the next step toward making a difference in the health and wellness field.

Each year, Apex PT in Nine Mile Falls awards a scholarship to a graduating Lakeside High School senior who is pursuing a career focused on health, wellness, and helping others. Emma's dedication, hard work, and commitment to her future make her a deserving recipient.

Are you wondering what IASTM is all about, after our last post?

IASTM stands for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization β€” a hands-on treatment technique physical therapists use to help improve movement, decrease pain, and promote healing in muscles and soft tissue.

Specialized stainless steel or ergonomic tools are gently used along the skin to:
βœ” Break down scar tissue and adhesions
βœ” Improve mobility and flexibility
βœ” Increase blood flow and healing

Sunshine, great company, and golfing for a great cause! Last weekend, Andy Hamilton and his scramble team had an awesome time out at Deer Park Golf Course supporting the Lakeside High School Booster Club Golf Scramble.

A beautiful day on the course, plenty of laughs, and even better knowing it all supports local student athletes and programs. Thanks to everyone who helped make the event a success!
