We are excited to welcome back a familiar face! Meet our newest PT, Jacob Hangartner!

Jacob has been in Spokane since 2018 participating in undergrad at Whitworth University and Eastern Washington University for his postgraduate education. He started his Physical Therapy journey as a therapy aide at PTA in 2022, and now as a DPT, he enjoys working with patients of all populations. He played division 3 football at Whitworth University which has garnered an interest in endurance athletics and training.

Outside of PTA, Jacob has an acute interest in all things outdoors and endurance sports.  He is passionate about triathlons, running, cycling, hiking, skiing, and all sorts of outdoor adventures.  He and his wife love to be in the outdoors at Priest Lake and other beautiful parks in the greater Spokane area.

offers support to kids who are affected through a parent’s cancer, and one way they do this is through a FREE camp every summer. These camps are not possible without the help of their amazing camp counselors who volunteer their time to interact with these children in need.

Location: Rathdrum, ID
Must be a college student and complete trainings prior to camp.
