Your physical therapist is only one person on your recovery team. Who’s on the rest of it?

Staying active after physical therapy is easier with the right community around you. Our clinics are launching the Community Connector Wall this week, a local guide to trails, walking groups, pools, and more.

Send this to someone who needs a nudge to get moving, and follow along all month! 👇

FAIR PAYMENT FOR PT!
Premera’s upcoming Multiple Procedure Payment Reduction (MPPR) policy could significantly reduce reimbursement for affected physical therapy services, threatening clinic sustainability and patients’ access to care.

We’re joining clinics across Washington to push back against these cuts and fight for fair payment that allows PTs to continue providing the care our communities need.

Here’s how YOU can help:
✊ Strengthen our voice: Become an APTA member https://www.apta.org/apta-and-you/explore-apta-membership/join-renew
📢 Get informed: Explore APTA Washington’s MPPR resources and download the action handout -https://aptawa.org/docs/1154/7f4174b9b3d130fe7be8e6317f3f6b5ba94d63f1/PremeraMPPRTakeAction1.pdf
📧 Contact Premera: Use this letter template to share your concerns directly with Premera leadership -https://aptawa.org/docs/1144/c64dd8c9356e20657241c9bdc15120f8ba6e9353/ClinicianLettertoPremeraPDF.pdf
📝 File an OIC complaint: Make your concerns heard by Washington’s Office of the Insurance Commissioner. Complaints help regulators monitor potential issues and build a clearer picture of the policy’s impact. File a complaint here - https://www.insurance.wa.gov/complaints-appeals-fraud/complaints/file-complaint-or-check-your-complaint-status

🔁 Keep the challenge going! We’re tagging Stride Physio to join us. Post your own message about why fair reimbursement matters, take action, and tag another clinic to pass it on!

Fair payment. Accessible care. Stronger PT together.

That's a Wrap! We are so grateful for you, our clinic teams, and all PT's for helping us celebrate extraordinary PT's and our entire community!
PT Month 2026 is in the books, but it doesn't end here! Follow along as we celebrate movement in our communities throughout November!

10/29/2026

It’s National Physical Therapy Month! 💛 To celebrate, we’re sharing why our team loves what they do.

Jacob Tambellini, PT, says:

“My favorite part about being a PT is the patient interactions. Really getting to know my patients, getting to know what their goals are, and helping them meet those goals. Getting to see that process in action and see them steadily reach their goal is so rewarding for me.”

Goals aren’t reached in a single visit. They’re reached one session at a time, with someone in your corner. Thank you, Jacob, and thank you to every PT who shows up for their patients. 🙌

Considering a career in physical therapy? Check out our careers page & see how TAI can help you get there: https://www.therapeuticassociates.com/careers/

Patients, share a PT who made a difference for you, and PTs, tell us your favorite part of the job! 👇

This month, our clinics traded a few office hours for something bigger.

For PT Day of Service, our teams showed up for their communities in ways that go far beyond the treatment table. Watch for your hometown clinic in this reel!

See how your local clinic gave back this year, then tell us in the comments which moment made you smile. 💙

Kayla Boys just finished the Tour du Mont-Blanc, a 10-day trek across France, Italy and Switzerland. When she reached the end, she and her friends took two photos to send to her PT, Lindsy Palisca.

Getting there took years. Kayla lives with hypermobility and has been navigating perimenopause and menopause. Over eight years at our Camas clinic, Lindsy helped her stop asking “what’s wrong with me?” and start asking “how do I keep doing what I love?” The answer wasn’t doing less. It was moving differently.

Physical therapy isn’t only for bouncing back from injury. It’s how you keep going for decades.
