17 years. 💙

How do you even begin to summarize 17 years of growth, memories, challenges, celebrations, and impact?

Roxanne has been a part of Clear Chiropractic through so many chapters — not just watching the vision grow, but helping build it.

From the early days wearing ALL the hats to where we are today, she has shown up with determination, passion, and a drive. She’s the person who sees possibility, thinks bigger, sets goals, and is always ready for the next challenge.
We often introduce Roxanne as the one who does everything in the office, except deliver an adjustment. 😊

She has helped shape our systems, our team, our patient experience, and so much of what makes Clear feel like Clear. Her commitment to growth — both personally and professionally — has left a mark on everyone around her.

Lifestyle upgrades ARE NOT EASY! Changes in nutrition habits, workouts, water intake, less screen time, starting self care like chiro or massage, you name it. We often find ourselves committing to a “new year’s resolution” and already find ourselves slipping?

A year and a half ago, I couldn’t do a push-up without being on my knees.

Small, consistent actions may not feel significant in the moment, but over time they become something extraordinary.

Today: 3 sets of 10.

We didn’t get here with a crazy workout plan. We got here with 30 minutes, twice a week, and the willingness to keep showing up.

Consistency > intensity.

Keep going. 💪

By now I thought I would be up to hour long workouts, three days per week- it’s just not in the cards. Rather than being discouraged by the pitfall, we can choose to be kind to ourselves- grateful for the changes we have made. Looking at the big picture helps us realize how far we’ve come!

A good nights rest is worth its weight in gold!! On the tail end of raising two young children I couldn’t be more passionate about a good night sleep!😴😮‍💨🥱

🧐They never made it clear in Chiro school that being in alignment could improve your sleep! But ironically it is THE MOST COMMON thing people say improved after getting adjusted.

🤍Both patients yesterday after their FIRST adjustment stated they finally got a better nights rest! Now that’s IMPACTFUL on your whole body, not just the musculoskeletal system. Hormones, detox, repair, cardiovascular system, your brain, etc. ALL depend on quality sleep.
