Now that the eclipse has rolled through…

HOW YOU BE NOW!?!! 👀✨

This morning feels a little like an exhale from yesterday.

But… it’s not over yet.

Think of it like treating yourself to a quart of ice cream on the car ride home on a hot summer’s day. 🍦☀️

You can stop here.
You can stop there.
You can take a minute.

But you’ve gotta leave the car running… and the AC on blast. 😂

Don’t take too long, though, because eventually you’ve gotta get home and get that sweet treat where it belongs.

And here’s the thing…

Unlike that quart of ice cream, the sweet treat you’re delivering home is going to last a whole lot longer.

So take the journey.

Feel the feels.

Stop when you need to.

Breathe when you need to.

Let balance and alignment be the AC you need along the way — keeping you from melting down while you make your way toward where you’re meant to be.

You don’t have to rush through what’s being brought up.

You don’t have to figure it all out today.

Just a few pictures from around the shop because…

WHOA!? 👀

Are you feeling what’s being brought up… put down… steamrolled through!?

Maybe you’re feeling edgy today.
Maybe a little out of sorts.
Maybe you’re letting your inner chaos roam a little more freely than usual. 😅

This eclipse has a sharp “don’t you dare fall back into it” vibe.

The intensity of this eclipse isn’t really letting us keep pretending there’s nothing underneath the surface that needs to be seen.

And ooohhhh… it’s going to be seen.

Old patterns.
Old emotions.
Old attachments.
Old versions of ourselves we thought we were done with.

But this isn’t necessarily about going backwards or deep diving..

It’s about seeing what’s resurfacing one more time so you can choose differently.

If something feels uncomfortable today, ask yourself:

“Is this something I’m meant to return to… or something I’m finally meant to release?”

Because this eclipse should feel less like:

“Here we go again…”

…and more like:

“You know better now.” 🫶🏼😅🫠
