As we approach the New Moon in Gemini, we'll gather for an immersive sound bath focused on bridging the gap between insight and embodiment.
Through sound, vibration, and intentional stillness, we'll create space to move beyond overthinking and reconnect with the wisdom already within us.
Not to figure out what's next, but to become available to it.

There are still a few spaces open for this month’s Restorative Sound Bath, and I wanted to extend a gentle invitation in case your body, mind, or heart has been quietly asking for a moment to slow down. These gatherings are designed to be deeply restful and beginner friendly. It's simply a space to lie down, get comfortable, and be immersed in soothing sound and vibration.
No experience is needed and there's nothing to “do.”
Just an opportunity to pause, breathe, receive, and reconnect with yourself for a little while before your week gets going.

Only 8 spots are available for these smaller sessions to help keep the experience intimate and supportive, and there are currently a few openings remaining.

Location: Lily & Sage Yoga Studio: 522 Service Rd, Spooner, WI
Time: Sunday, May 17th from 3-4pm
Exchange: $25
*A yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and eye pillow will be provided. Feel free to bring anything else in addition to these to help you feel even more comfortable.

We spend so much of our energy pouring into other things...our work, our families, and our responsibilities. I'm feeling so grateful after yesterday’s Together in Wellness Expo 💛 What a great turn out and experience :) It truly meant so much to see both familiar faces and new ones exploring what our local community has to offer in the ways of wellness.

I'd like to extend a special thank you to our amazing volunteers who helped with registration and kept everything flowing so smoothly...and to my mom, for being such an incredible support at my booth! I/we couldn’t have done it without you. 💛

And also, a heartfelt thank you to all of the wonderful vendors who showed up and shared their offerings. This event wouldn’t have existed without you, and we are so grateful for the role you each played in helping us bring this vision to life. 💛
