❤️🎥🍿Happy Last day of CNA Week Night at the Movies!!! Today’s movie was Lilo and Stitch with a Hawaiian dress up day!
🌺we had Lilo and stitch playing in the dining room for lunch time
☀️it was such a beautiful day so we went out and enjoyed!
🍔thank you again to our amazing dietary team for making some hamburgers, hot dogs, all the fixings, and some yummy fruit for the staff!
🎡the game of the day was musical chairs and it was so much fun! Competitive too. A couple palm trees were harmed 😂 Congrats Gracen on your win!!
🍦then our social worker Dee scheduled an ice cream truck to come by and treat our staff to some yummy ice cream!

🦆the last ducks were found! Probably the most popular game that we do and will continue to do for other events ❤️

❤️We just want to thank all of our amazing staff for making this FIRST EVER Mill Creek CNA week so much fun!! Our CNAs are at the front lines of health care and we couldn’t do what we do without them. THANK YOU CNAs!!!! ❤️

🎬🎥❤️ Happy Day 6 of CNA week!!! Today’s movie theme was Breakfast club - 🤓Nerds and 💪Jocks! We started off the morning with delicious breakfast burritos prepared by our amazing dietary team! We also played the movie Karate Kid in the dining room during lunch time!
🍿 we popped some popcorn for anyone that was feeling snacky
🎥 we had a fun competitive game of wheelchair races and everyone did so good even though it was super hot out!
🦆some ducks were found for some prizes

❤️We had a good time today and are so sad tomorrow is the last day of CNA week!

‼️🎥🎬 Happy Day 5 of CNA Week!!! Today’s movie theme is Spirit-Stallion of the Cimarron. Dress up them is Western 🤠.
We played the movie in the dining room during lunch time and our amazing dietary team put together a baked potato bar with all the fixings!!

🐎 🎲 Our staff played Horse races! Our residents assisted by rolling the dice to see which staff member would win the race! It was a close race but Doretha came away with the win!!!

🎡We also had an eeaassssyyy trivia cart where CNAs had to answer movie trivia questions and then if they get it right they get to spin the wheel for a prize!

🎥🍿❤️Happy Day 4 of CNA week!!! Today’s Movie is Parent Trap- dress up theme is twin/group day!
We played the movie the Parent Trap in our dining room for all to enjoy and our dietary team prepared Chicken and Waffles for the staff!
The game of the day was so much fun! We paired up a staff member with a resident and the staff members had a minute to wrap the resident with toilet paper! Congrats to our winners Daniel and Ruby!!

We can’t thank our CNAs enough for the care and kindness they show every single day. ❤️❤️❤️

❤️🎥🎬🍿Happy Day 3 of CNA week!!!
Today’s movie theme is Jumanji - dress in animal print! We played the movie Jumanji during lunch time in the dining room, continued to have them look for ducks around the facility and played a Jumanji trivia survival game!!
🌮 Thank you to our amazing dietary team for making the staff Walking Tacos!!! They were so delicious!
Again we want to recognize our dynamite team of CNAs here at Mill Creek! Thank you for all that you do!

We can’t wait for tomorrow! We will be seeing double for Twin Day!

🎬🍿We had such a fun start to CNA week yesterday and today! Yesterday was based off of the Movie “Inside Out” and we did a wacky dress up theme! The staff played Emotion charades where teams of two had to act out different emotions. Our winning team was Allie and Abby!! Talk about sister telepathy 😉 and then our amazing dietary team set up an ice cream bar with all sorts of wacky toppings!
🛌😴Today was based off of Sleep Over and we did a Pj dress up theme. The staff did a bed making race and our winner was Lisa Michelle!! Our dietary team set up a donut and junk food bar this morning and then pizza for lunch. 🍕 the residents enjoyed watching Sleeping Beauty during lunch as well 👸 We can’t wait for the rest of the week!!
