We're excited to welcome Sky to the R+R Therapeutics Center team!

Sky has a deep desire to continue their education and expand her tool kit so that they can best help all types of clients and pain complaints. She is currently obtaining their cupping certification and will continue with IASTM and kinesiology taping in the coming weeks.

She has incredibly diverse pressure, from light therapeutic to deep pressure. Sky struggles with hypermobility and understands the challenges that it presents.

Sky's Schedule:
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

"What should I book?"

This is a common question. But, if I am being transparent with you our therapists tailor every session. That means if we think releasing a trigger point for you will improve your overall quality of life we do it! If we think long broad pressure is what your body is responding to we give it! If we need to use a tool to increase your range of motion we have that conversation with you.

Happy One year work anniversary to the amazing Gabby 🥂

We are so incredibly thankful to have gabby as part of the R+R team. Most of you know her as one of the friendly faces that help you find a spot on our busy schedule but she does so many other things to keep our team organized and ready to help our clients!

We're excited to welcome Jeremy to the R+R Therapeutics Center team!

Jeremy earned his Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy in June 2025. In addition to his massage therapy training, he is a certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach and holds a certification in Corrective Exercise.

Jeremy has had the opportunity to work in a clinical setting specializing in pain relief and recovery. His intuition, combined with his extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement, allows him to quickly identify the root of a client's discomfort and provide effective, individualized treatment.

Jeremy's Schedule:

Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Allison will be moving at the end of June. Her final day in the office will be Saturday, June 27th.

While we are incredibly sad to see her go, we are also so excited for her as she begins this new chapter ahead! Allison has been such an important part of our team.

A note From Allison;
"It has truly been a joy and a privilege to work with each of you and become part of your health and wellness journey. I am so grateful for the trust, kindness, and support each of you has shown me throughout our time together. While I am excited for this next chapter, saying goodbye is not easy. I will sincerely miss the conversations, progress, and connections we’ve built together.
To help make this transition as smooth as possible, I will leave detailed treatment notes and recommendations for my colleagues here at R+R so your care can continue seamlessly. I have full confidence in their ability to continue supporting your goals, progress, and treatment needs with the same level of attention and care."
