Protecting your skin starts with smart sun safety! ☀️

UV Safety Awareness is a reminder that exposure to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays can increase the risk of skin damage, premature aging, and skin cancer. Whether you're spending the day outdoors or just running errands, taking a few simple precautions can make a big difference.

✔️ Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
✔️ Reapply sunscreen every two hours, or after swimming or sweating.
✔️ Wear protective clothing, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat.
✔️ Seek shade during peak sun hours, typically between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Enjoy the sunshine while protecting your skin. A little prevention today can help keep you healthy for years to come!
