Brandi is the true embodiment of a team player. She is patient, kind, and incredibly supportive, especially when working with her trainees. She is always prepared for her shifts and never hesitates to step in and lend a helping hand to any team member who needs it.

Brandi communicates openly about her needs, consistently shows up for her team, and brings such a fun, positive personality to every shift. Congratulations to our May 2024 TAUC Hero, Chuck Rotter! Chuck started in TAUC’s EMT class and it was immediately evident he was motivated and his head was in the right place. Since completing TAUC's EMT program, Chuck has gone on to become a Team Lead, an Inventory Liaison, and is also on the Facilities team. Chuck tackles as many items as he can every day to ensure all centers can function as they should. Chuck always wants to do whatever he can to help TAUC succeed and grow. Way to go, Chuck!

The temperature isn’t the only thing rising this summer, so are COVID-19 cases. Kelly Baynes, Senior VP of Clinical Operations, says that spike in positive cases is appearing earlier this year than she has seen previously, with an increase from 10% to 30% in just the last month alone.
