It’s Trivia Tuesday at 4M!

As part of Thank Your Cleaner Week, our Team Members across the country are putting their 4M knowledge to the test, from our history to the services we deliver every day.

Why trivia? Because teams that know who we are and what we stand for deliver a better experience for our clients. When our people understand our commitment to Precision-Grade Clean™, it shows in every facility we serve.

Think you know 4M? Try this one below. Drop your answer in the comments! 👇 We’ll share the answer tomorrow.

Next Wednesday, October 14, is Thank Your Cleaner Day.

Some work quietly overnight. Others are part of our daily routine: the familiar face who greets us each morning, knows our names, and keeps everything running smoothly.

Either way, they're the reason our workplaces are clean, safe, and healthy. And many have become part of the team.

So next week, make it a point to say thank you. Leave a note on a desk or cart. Tell their supervisor what a difference they make. Or take a moment to tell them what they mean to your day.

At 4M, we turn it into a full week of gratitude for our team members, with peer-to-peer gratitude cards, trivia, and prizes.

One week to go. What is your thank-you game plan?

Most facility managers only think about window cleaning when the glass looks dirty (or someone complains about murky visibility.

The best-run buildings treat it as scheduled maintenance that protects the glass and catches small seal and frame issues early. And the curb appeal is strong year-round.

A recent 4M blog covers 8 things a professional commercial window cleaning provider should deliver, from the first building walk to safety on high-reach jobs.

From honoree to host.

Last year, our VP of Human Resources, Karina Villaseñor, received the ISSA VEO Visionario Award. This year, she returned to the VEO stage as the first honoree to serve as conference co-host, and she used that platform to help others be seen.

In her session, "De Honrada a Anfitriona: Liderazgo que Eleva a Otros" (From Honoree to Host: Leadership That Elevates Others), Karina shared how leaders can open four doors for their people: confidence, learning, visibility, and sponsorship. She also explained how 4M's Lead 360 program has produced 189 graduates in three years by building leaders from within.

Her challenge to every leader: write down one person and one door you'll open for them.

ISSA's Jeff Cross covered her session in a new article. The link is in the first comment! 👇

48 years ago today, it all started with just two clients.

On October 1, 1978, St. Louisan Mitch Murch Sr. launched Mitch Murch's Maintenance Management. One of its first crews arrived at the prestigious Pierre Laclede Center in Clayton, MO.

48 years later, PLC is still a valued client, a partnership that spans our entire history.

That kind of partnership doesn't happen by accident. It's built year after year on trust, consistency, and a 4M team entirely focused on service excellence.

In the coming weeks of this anniversary month, we'll share more of our story and how that early commitment continues to shape our growth, now nationwide.

Thank you, Pierre Laclede Center, for 48 years together!
