Finding a true endometriosis excision surgeon can feel impossible, especially when you are living in debilitating pain, facing unexplained infertility, and always having to fight for yourself.

Know that you are not alone, and though there are not currently enough endo excision surgeons to combat this very common disease, there is HOPE in excision.

Yes, there will be long waits, endless paperwork, more testing, and, of course, surgery, but when you find a true endo excision surgeon you will be heard, validated, and understood.

While general gynecologists do their best, they often lack the specialized training needed to treat this complex disease. Additionally, insurance barriers prevent doctors from being able to spend the time needed to fully remove the disease.

It’s hard to believe, but it is true, MOVEMENT is MEDICINE!

Start slow and be gentle with yourself:
🧘 Take few short walks each day
🧘 Try a gentle yoga class
🧘 Go on a bike ride
🧘 Put on your favorite song and dance

Adding movement daily will help to support your healing by reducing inflammation, supporting hormone balance, and relieving pain through endorphin production!
