Meet Arianne Masloski, LMFT — Direct, Grounded, and Here to Help You Move Forward
Some clients want a therapist who will mostly listen. Others want a therapist who will listen carefully, tell the truth kindly, and help them actually do something with it.
That is where Arianne Masloski, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, really shines.
Arianne brings a calm, direct, no-nonsense style to therapy while still creating a space that feels supportive, respectful, and safe. She is a great fit for clients who appreciate honesty, structure, and practical guidance — especially those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or unsure how to break old patterns.
Arianne works with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, life transitions, crisis-related stress, and complex mental health concerns. She draws from EMDR techniques, DBT-informed interventions, CBT, motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, and strengths-based care to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Arianne earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and her Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She is also currently pursuing a PhD in Forensic Psychology at Walden University, with specialized interests in complex trauma, family systems, and high-risk populations.
Arianne sees clients ages 10 and older and is available through our Stafford office and telehealth.
If you are looking for a therapist who is supportive but not passive, compassionate but not afraid to be direct, Arianne may be a great fit. www.apncounseling.com/skiptheline
