It’s a New Month !! Happy June !! Just wanted to reintroduce myself & what I do !
My name is Chrystal LaFontaine and I am a Professional Licensed Therapist with 10 Years + Experience.
I have a recently moved into a studio space at Envision Studios in Staunton , Next to the Staunton Bowling Lanes.
I’ve spent many years working in high-end spas, Integrative Health centers, independent contracting and working privately with families.
I am originally from Southern California but have spent the last 10 to 11 years in Colorado. I moved to Staunton in June of last year on a leap of faith.🙏🤲
I am a wife (almost 14 years) , mother (of 3) , daughter (1 of 6!) , Teetee (to the people I love the most), sister (gang gang) and friend (ILY all SM!) 🥹🫶🥹🫶🥹
I love massage therapy. I believe that massage is healthcare. Although massage is wonderful and can be very luxurious I believe it is an important part of our preventative care. 
I believe in massage therapy and the positive it affects it has on the mind, body and soul - overall health and wellness.
Many people have never experienced a massage or they think that massage is something that can only be done once a year for a treat or on vacation.
Some people may not be comfortable with massage because of the negative rep its gained through popular movies and TV show shows.
I am here to Bridge the gap to educate people but also to make massage affordable and accessible to all people.
At this time I offer new client massage special $60 for 60 minutes a massage or $90 for 90 minutes of massage. My services include optional complementary enhancements with each session.
Guest can choose from cupping, hot stones, percussion therapy or peppermint scalp treatment at no additional charge. My sessions also include hot towels on the feet and aromatherapy.
If Guests are looking for more of a biweekly or regular (monthly) massage then I have a “monthly membership option.” There’s no contracts and no paperwork this is just a special discounted rate for clients that are trying to get massages more regularly.
The reason that I keep this rate at the introduction price is so that guest can come in more regularly and not feel the guilt of “treating themselves “.
I don’t want my clients having to decide between needing to buy groceries for their family or getting the self-care they need for their mental health / overall wellness.
This guarantees that I will have a client on my table every shift but this also gives my clients the option to get self-care without breaking the bank. We all Win!
I believe that this community is filled with a lot of hard-working people and we don’t want to spend our money on something we may or may not enjoy.
$100 a massage is a lot to throw away if you don’t know if the therapist is a good fit or even has the proper skills.
At my studio each guest gets a custom quality massage for an affordable price every single time.
I love what I do, I care about what I do and I do it because I’m passionate about it.
