What a beautiful day to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and for our AFROC Annual Meeting & Open House! Residents, ambassadors, staff, future residents, and guests enjoyed exploring campus, touring our independent living cottages and apartments, West Falls Center Assisted Living and The Johnson Center Nursing & Assisted Living, and spending time outdoors. We also had the privilege of recognizing residents who have gone above and beyond, as well as celebrating employees and residents marking their 30 years at Falcons Landing. The day wrapped up with the Annual Report and presentation in the ballroom. Thank you to everyone who joined us!
