We're committed to helping and encouraging our residents to live to their potential each and every day. In 1998, Maplecrest underwent the new management of Chris and Lisa Daprile. Since its start, Maplecrest has always provided quality care in a loving and homelike environment. We offer long and short term skilled care and rehabilitation. About:

Maplecrest offers a 55 bed facility staffed with caring and loving personel that has been providing quality care ranging from simple activities of daily living to promoting independence with everyday tasks. In addition, Maplecrest provides physical, occupational and speech therapy. Administrator: Clint Ansell, LNHA

Join us in celebrating the incredible accomplishments of our Maplecrest family! 🎓

We are proud to recognize three outstanding employees who achieved major educational milestones this month:

🎓 Ray Madison proudly received his diploma from Struthers High School.

🎓 Sarah Kent graduated as Valedictorian of the final graduating class of Chaney High School. Sarah was also honored as a class speaker and earned her credential as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) through the Choffin Career & Technical Center Practical Nursing Program.

🎓 Tiffany Crane earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Youngstown State University.

These achievements reflect the dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence that our team brings to Maplecrest every day. We are honored to work alongside such talented individuals and look forward to seeing all they accomplish in the future.

What an incredible week celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week at Maplecrest!

Our residents and staff truly made this week one to remember. Residents had the opportunity to plant beautiful flowers alongside a Master Gardener, bringing our “Moments in Bloom” theme to life. We shared lots of laughs during our games throughout the week — especially our “Guess What’s in the Box” challenge where the cucumbers and chip clips managed to fool quite a few residents and staff!

We also enjoyed live entertainment from the talented Jim Frank Combo Band, who had everyone singing along, smiling, and enjoying the moment together. 🎶

Throughout the week, we left messages to our future selves in our time capsule, voted on fun staff superlatives, and celebrated all the amazing personalities that make Maplecrest so special.

We wrapped up the week on Friday with a staff appreciation luncheon and our resident/staff parade, where many dressed as their previous professions or what they dreamed of becoming as children. From police officer and teachers to hockey players and more, it was such a meaningful way to reflect on the lives, memories, and dreams that shape our community.

To show appreciation for our incredible staff, team members also received appreciation cups and free car washes throughout the week. 🚗☀️ A special thank you to Rogue Wave Auto Wash for your generosity and support during Skilled Nursing Care Week — we truly appreciate you helping us celebrate our amazing staff!

We are truly blessed with the most compassionate residents, families, and staff. Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so memorable! 💐

🌸✨ We are having a BLOOMING good time celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week at Maplecrest! ✨🌸

So far this week, we have been making unforgettable “Moments in Bloom” together! 💐 From residents decorating flower pots and enjoying a beautiful flower party 🌼 to staff battling it out in a hilarious donut eating race 🍩 and teaming up with residents for our newspaper race 📰 — the laughter, smiles, and memories have been nonstop. Each day has featured its own bright color theme, bringing even more energy and smiles to our halls. 🌈💐

Thank you to our amazing residents, families, and staff for making this week so special. Watching everyone come together reminds us that the best moments truly happen when we bloom together. ❤️
