Way to go Run Away for My Problems runners!! So inspiring to see you brave the heat, the rain, and cool weather to run 4 miles every four hours for 48 hours in support of the Women’s Sports Foundation.

We’re honored to have been a small part in your journey, and to help you recover after such a strenuous few days. We’re sure the pizza helped, too!

Meet Virgo Phillips, Reiki Master, Energy Healer, as well as accomplished musician. Virgo will be leading the soundbath portion of our Strength & Stillness event this Saturday, August 15 from 8 AM to 10 AM, as part of our 10 year anniversary celebration.
