WTCSB is the single point of entry for access to mental health, intellectual disabilities, and substance abuse services in the Western Tidewater region of Virginia. 24/7 crisis help is available @ (757) 925-2484 Western Tidewater CSB provides an array of services designed to assist individuals in need of mental health and/or substance abuse services as well as residential, day support and case man

agement services for the intellectually disabled. Recent innovations include:
- Strong African American families - support for parents and children
- Mentoring Programs
- Gang Intervention
- Outpatient Medical Detoxification
- Mobile Counseling
- Life Management Program which serves 16-25 year olds experiencing a first episode of psychosis
