Transcend Sound Healing

Transcend Sound Healing Creating sacred spaces where sound, energy, and embodiment become ceremony—awakening your healing, your truth, and a return to your higher self. Energy.

Transcend | Sound. Embodiment. is a holistic wellness practice offering immersive sound healing, energy work, guided meditation, and embodiment-based experiences designed to help people slow down, release stress, and reconnect with themselves. Through private sessions, group sound baths, corporate wellness experiences, workshops, and digital presence practices, Transcend creates supportive spaces for nervous system regulation, emotional renewal, self-awareness, and meaningful personal transformation. Each experience may incorporate crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, crystal harp, percussion, Reiki, guided visualization, and intentional embodiment practices. Founded by certified sound healing practitioner and embodiment facilitator Eryn Branham, Transcend bridges the insight of personal growth with the felt experience of sound, energy, and presence—helping each person move beyond simply understanding what they need and begin experiencing it within the body. Sound invites you inward. Energy creates movement. Embodiment helps the transformation become part of how you live.

If you’ve been feeling heavy, scattered, or like you’ve picked up everyone else’s energy today, take a moment here.

Clear quartz. Black tourmaline. Sound. Intention.

Close your eyes, listen, and imagine releasing anything that doesn’t belong to you — then coming back to your own energy.

What did you notice?

Listen with your eyes closed if you can. 🎧

First, I play the D frequency Sacral chakra). Then F (Heart chakra).
Then I bring them together.

I’m curious…did you notice a difference between the two?

Where did you feel D in your body?
Where did you feel F?
And what changed when you heard them together?

There’s no “right” answer. I love hearing how differently sound lands in each person’s body.

Tell me what you noticed. ✨

This is the 2/3 Fibonacci interval also known musically as a perfect fifth.

Rather than telling you what you’re supposed to feel, I want you to notice what actually happens.

Close your eyes for a few seconds and listen.

Does your breathing shift?
Does your body soften?
Do you feel more grounded, balanced, spacious…or something completely different?

The 2/3 interval is often used in sound work to support harmony and coherence.

What did you notice in your body?

Close your eyes for a few seconds and just listen.

No need to force yourself to relax or make anything happen.

Notice what the Tibetan bowl, brass bowl, and palo seed shakers bring forward.

Do you feel it in your chest?
Your belly?
Your shoulders?
Your head?

Does your breathing change?
Do you feel calmer, heavier, lighter, emotional, still?

I’m always curious how sound lands differently in each person.

Tell me what you felt in your body.

Notice what happened in your body.

Did you yawn? Sigh? Feel tingling, warmth, emotion, calm…or absolutely nothing?

This is 528 Hz, often called the “love frequency” and also associated in sound and frequency communities with transformation, restoration, and even DNA repair.

There has been some scientific interest in how certain frequencies may affect biological processes, but the bigger claims around 528 Hz and DNA repair are still being explored.

So rather than telling you what you should feel, I want you to experience it for yourself.

Listen. Notice. Be curious.

What did 528 Hz do for you?

I’m always curious about this.

Listen to the rain stick… and then notice what happens when the chimes come in.

Did you feel your body soften?
A deeper breath?
Tingles or chills?
A yawn or sigh?
A shift somewhere you can’t quite explain?

Or maybe you simply liked the sound.

There’s no “right” response — and if you didn’t notice anything at all, that’s completely okay too.

Tell me what you noticed in the comments. I love seeing how differently sound lands for each person.

417 Hz is one of the Solfeggio frequencies often associated with change, release, and letting go of old emotional patterns.

But instead of trying to make something happen, just listen and notice.

Did you yawn, sigh, tear up, swallow, feel tingling or chills, feel your body soften, burp, or even pass gas?

And if you didn’t feel anything at all, that’s completely okay too. There is no right or wrong response. Sometimes you notice something immediately, and sometimes you simply listen.
