I played a calming anxiety protocol on my crystal harp using specific harmonic intervals designed to help regulate the nervous system and create a sense of safety in the body.

This combination works with octaves, fourths, fifths, and grounding Earth tones to help quiet racing thoughts, soften overwhelm, and bring the body back into balance.

You don’t always have to “think” your way out of anxiety… sometimes your nervous system needs sound, resonance, and stillness. 🤍

The Third Eye Chakra is connected to intuition, inner wisdom, perception, and clarity. When this energy center feels out of balance, it can show up as mental fog, constant overthinking, difficulty trusting yourself, emotional confusion, or feeling disconnected from your intuition.

This tuning fork frequency is often used to support stillness, awareness, and a deeper connection to your inner guidance.

Sound has a unique way of helping the body and mind slow down enough to actually listen inward. Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder… it comes from becoming still enough to hear yourself again.
