It's peak summer! And all that fun can come with a few bumps and cuts.

Most minor scrapes can be cleaned with soap and water and covered with a clean bandage.

If a cut won't stop bleeding after about 10 minutes of direct pressure, looks deep, or you think it may need stitches, come see us. We're here all weekend. 💜

If someone has severe bleeding or another medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Can you believe July is almost over? That means back-to-school season is right around the corner!

We offer school and sports physicals for students of all ages at our clinics.

Please note we are not providing in clinic vaccines at this time.

NEW! This year, we're partnering with the Onondaga County Health Department to provide vaccines at Elden Elementary School in Baldwinsville for students entering Pre-K, kindergarten, 6th, 7th, or 12th grade.

Sorry Noah Kahan fans, it’s more like tick season around here. If you’re gonna go far this summer, whether it’s hiking, camping, or tackling yard work, don’t forget to check for ticks before you head home.

Look closely at the scalp, behind the ears, under the arms, around the waist, behind the knees, and other spots that are easy to miss.

Found one? Remove it with fine-tipped tweezers, clean the area, and keep an eye out for a rash, fever, fatigue, or new symptoms. If you have questions or start feeling unwell, Call Your Mom... then call our team.

A quick tick check takes a few minutes. It can save you some worry later. Here's hoping your summer includes everything, everywhere... except ticks.

Fourth of July weekend is almost here, which means cookouts, lake days, fireworks, family parties, and a few folks asking, “Wait, are you open?”

We are! Just… with a few holiday hour changes.

Our Drakos team will be adjusting hours so everyone can spend time with their people while still being available if you need us.
