Acupuncture in Syracuse NY.

If you’ve been meaning to try it and keep putting it off, this post is for you.

Most people who finally come in tell me the same thing. They wish they hadn’t waited so long. Usually something small held them back.

Worry about needles, the cost, not knowing whether it would help their particular thing, or just not knowing what happens once they walk in.

Here's the absolute honest version.

The needles are thinner than a hair and most people feel a tap and then nothing.

Sessions are $40, kept low on purpose so you can come often enough for it to work.

I treat sleep, anxiety, headaches, neck and back and jaw pain, digestion, fatigue, and the aches and low mood that come with fall.

And a visit is about an hour.
We talk first, then you rest in a recliner in a quiet room, fully clothed.
