Yoga found me when I didn’t have words for what I’d been through.

My body understood something my mind wasn’t ready to face yet.

That’s part of why I do this work — I know what it’s like to heal slowly, in pieces, not all at once.

If that’s where you are, I see you.

Wanting to leave and wanting to stay at the same time isn’t weakness.

It’s one of the most human things there is. If you’re in that push-pull right now, you’re not broken — you’re in the middle of something hard.

That’s exactly what therapy is for. 🤍

The way a conversation starts matters more than most people realize.

When something begins with “you always” or “you never,”
it can feel like criticism—no matter what you meant.

And once that happens, it’s much harder to actually feel heard.

Shifting to something like “I feel… when…”
isn’t about saying it perfectly.

It’s about creating a moment where your partner can stay present
instead of going into defense mode.

If you’ve been wanting a simple way to approach conversations differently,
I put together a quick guide with a few practical tools to help you get started.

You can download it through the link in my bio.

You’re not feeling heard in your relationship.

And it’s not because you’re saying the wrong things
or not trying hard enough.

There’s usually a pattern underneath it—
one that keeps the same conversations repeating
without actually creating connection.

If that feels familiar, you’re not alone in it.

I put together a simple guide with a few practical ways
to start shifting those moments so you can actually feel heard.

You can download it through the link in my bio.

Wanting to communicate better is one thing.

Knowing how to do it in the moment
when emotions are high or things feel tense
is something most people were never taught.

That’s where conversations can start to fall apart—
even when both of you are trying.

If you’ve been wanting a simple place to start,
I put together a quick guide with a few practical ways
to help you feel more heard and connected.

Some of the people who need therapy the most are the ones who look like they have it all together.
The ones everyone else leans on.

If that’s you — the capable one, the steady one — you’re allowed to need support too. Actually, you deserve it.

Your nervous system isn’t being dramatic.

When you shut down in an argument, go silent, or feel frozen — that’s your brain doing exactly what it was designed to do. Protect you.

The work isn’t to stop the response. It’s to slowly teach your body that it’s safe to stay present.

That’s what we do together.

Therapy with me isn’t me telling you what to do with your relationship or your life.

It’s us slowing down enough to understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface — and figuring out, together, what you actually want.

You already have a lot of the answers. My job is to help you hear them.

The couples who make it aren’t the ones who never fight.
They’re the ones who learned how to come back to each other after.

Repair is a skill. And it can be learned — even if it’s never felt possible before.

I’ll be sharing more tools and resources around this in the coming weeks, if you want to follow along.
