One of the biggest nutrition myths I see is that carbohydrates are the problem.
The truth?
Your body uses carbohydrates for energy.
The question isn't whether carbs are "good" or "bad."
The better question is:
👉 Which carbs help you feel energized, satisfied, and support your health?
In general, foods that contain fiber—like fruit, beans, oats, potatoes, and vegetables—tend to support more stable blood sugar levels than highly processed carbohydrate sources.
And remember...
Most foods aren't eaten in isolation.
A meal that includes protein, fiber, healthy fats, and carbohydrates will often affect your body differently than eating carbs alone.
You don't have to fear carbs.
You just need to learn how to build balanced meals.
What's your favorite carbohydrate source? 👇
