This was not an easy decision to make, but after a lot of thought, I’ve decided to take the month of July away from the massage room.

For the past few years, I’ve poured my heart into building Kneaded Relief and caring for each of you. While I absolutely love what I do, I’ve realized it’s important for me to take some time to rest, recharge, and focus on myself so I can come back refreshed and ready to give my clients the very best version of me.

My last day seeing clients before the closure will be June 30, 2026. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be opening additional appointment times and extending my availability to help accommodate as many clients as possible before I leave. If you’ve been meaning to schedule, now is the perfect time to book.

For my membership clients, your memberships will be placed on a temporary pause for July, and you will not be charged during that time. All benefits and credits will remain active and waiting for you when I return.

I plan to reopen on August 1, 2026, and I already look forward to seeing all of your familiar faces again.

“Those circles look painful…”
Actually, most clients say cupping therapy feels relieving — especially for tight, overworked muscles. 👏

This session was all about releasing stubborn tension 🔥

We started with hot stones to relax and warm the muscles, then moved into cupping therapy to really target those deep knots.

This combo is one of my favorites for clients who carry a lot of tension in their back—it helps loosen everything up so we can get deeper, more effective results.
