Our residents took off to Venture Elementary this afternoon to support one of our favorite volunteers in our community- Jensyn! 🤩

Jensyn is the daughter of one of our staff members, Stevie! She brings so much joy to our residents by coloring them pictures, helping pass out ice cream bars, and giving the best hugs! 🫶🏼

She graduated from Kindergarten today and she was so shocked and excited when our residents showed up to support her! 🎓💕

We are so lucky and proud to have these three young women on our team and in our building caring for our residents. ✨ Each one of them is so intelligent and caring and we wish them the best of luck as they start this next journey.🥰

Spring is in the air and we’re getting ready for the season ahead! 🌸

Our residents recently enjoyed painting their own flower pots, and each one turned out so unique and colorful. In the coming weeks, we’ll be planting flowers in them to brighten up our space and celebrate the warmer weather. 🌼

Tea Retirement Living is excited to welcome Sheila Litterick, LPN as our new Assistant Director of Nursing! 🎉

Sheila joined our team in mid-February and has been settling in while getting to know our wonderful residents and their families.

With over 30 years of experience in senior care, Sheila has worked in a variety of settings ranging from assisted living to skilled nursing facilities. She brings a soft, respectful demeanor and truly cares about every resident she meets.

In her role, Sheila supports Danica and the nursing team in managing daily nursing operations and ensuring residents receive the highest quality care. She is also available to assist with care plans, answer questions about daily care routines, follow up on medical concerns, and help coordinate communication between nursing staff and families.

Sheila is here to support residents, families, and staff in all aspects of health and wellness, and we are so happy to have her as part of the Tea Retirement Living family. Please join us in giving Sheila a warm welcome! 💙🏡
