We are hiring VIRTUAL MEDICAL SUPPORT!
Job Description:
Our Virtual Medical Support will answer patient calls, verify insurance, schedule appointments, process referrals/prior authorizations/refill requests, medically scribe and perform other administrative tasks. The virtual medical assistants will treat every patient and every practice with utmost understanding and respect, at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduates of Nursing, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Med Tech, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy.
- Applicants with non-medical bachelor's degree should have at least 2 years of BPO experience (HealthCare Account, preferably).
- Experienced as Virtual Medical Personnel (at least 1 year experience) is highly preferred.
- Fluent in the English language (both written and spoken).
- Submit NBI Clearance.
- Submit BIR Registration before start of training or employment.
- Must be Filipino citizens AND residing in the Philippines.
- Able to work full-time, night shifts and availability on some weekends.
- Computer proficient.
Minimum system requirements:
• Internet subscription of at least 100mbps, Fiber preferred
• Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro at 64-bit (Genuine)
• CPU: Intel Core i5 (10th Generation) or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent
• Memory: at least 16GB RAM
• Headset with mic and noise cancellation
• 2 monitors
• 1080p we**am
• Back up power supply for at least 8 hours
• Back up internet connection for at least 8 hours
