Take a little time for yourself while doing a little good for our community.
Join us for a special by-donation community acupuncture event benefiting the Arizona Animal Welfare League (AAWL).
For two hours, we’ll gather in community for gentle ear acupuncture, relaxation, and a chance to slow down and reconnect—all while raising money for an organization doing important work for animals in Arizona.
🌿 Ear Acupuncture with the NADA Protocol
This event will feature ear acupuncture using the NADA protocol, a simple, gentle five-point protocol traditionally used to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional regulation, and recovery. NADA acupuncture is commonly used in settings supporting people experiencing stress, trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, and other challenging life circumstances.
No previous acupuncture experience is necessary.
You’ll receive five tiny acupuncture needles in specific points on each ear, then settle into a comfortable chair and relax for approximately 20–25 minutes before your treatment is complete.
Because this is a community-style event, several people will receive treatment at the same time.
🐾 Give What You Can
There is no charge to attend. Acupuncture is by donation, and 100% of monetary donations collected will go to the Arizona Animal Welfare League.
Don’t have money to spare? You can still contribute!
In-kind donations are welcome and appreciated. You can bring new, unopened items for dogs and cats, such as:
Dog or cat food
Treats
Toys
Leashes
Collars
Other new pet supplies
Please make sure all donated items are new and unused.
Whether you make a monetary donation, bring a much-needed pet supply, or simply come in and take a little time to care for yourself, you’re helping support animals in our community. 🐾
Suggested donation: $25–$50, but absolutely no one will be turned away because they can’t afford the suggested amount. Cash or Venmo accepted for monetary donations.
