She is being recognized for being a genuinely nice person, always helping the residents and making sure they are okay, and consistently coming to work with a positive attitude.

As a Lead Med Aide, Julie takes great pride in her role, and her favorite part of the job is seeing the smile on her residents' faces when they see she is working, especially while helping them maintain their independence. Outside of work, Julie loves cooking, baking, and staying active. Thank you, Julie, for your 6 months of dedicated service, your amazing passion, and for bringing so much care and joy to our community!
