☀️ What a beautiful day to be outside! Our residents took full advantage of the sunshine by spending time in the courtyard, showing off the bird feeders they recently created, and tending to their beautiful flowers. 🌸🦜

As if the day couldn't get any better, we were treated to a special surprise visitor—a hummingbird stopped by to check out all of the hard work! 🐦💚

There's nothing quite like fresh air, blooming flowers, happy residents, and a little wildlife magic to make the day extra special. 🌼✨

🐦🌼 Our residents at Cortland have been busy getting creative! Yesterday, they had a wonderful time making bird feeders and crafting beautiful projects to brighten the day. 🎨✨

The handmade bird feeders will soon be hanging in our courtyard, providing a special treat for our feathered friends while adding a touch of charm to our outdoor space. 🐤💚

There’s nothing better than spending time together, creating something meaningful, and enjoying plenty of smiles and laughter along the way. Great job to all of our talented residents! ❤️

🎉 Kudos Wheel of Recognition Winner! 🎉

We had 15 wonderful employees receive a Kudos Program card during the month of May for going above and beyond in caring for our residents and supporting their coworkers. We are grateful for the dedication, compassion, and teamwork our staff demonstrate every day!

🐦🌞 Our Memory Care residents had a wonderful morning getting creative and giving back to nature! They spent time making homemade bird feeders that will soon be hanging outside for our little feathered friends to enjoy. 🎨❤️

Not only was this a fun craft activity, but it also gives our residents the opportunity to enjoy watching the birds visit throughout the day. There's nothing quite like seeing smiles, creativity, and nature come together! 🐤🌻

When we asked Helen, our Resident Council President, what she wanted to see in Nurses and CNAs, she said she already has the BEST! ❤️ But she would love to see Cortland continue hiring CNAs and Nurses who smile, show kindness, and treat residents like family.

🌸🌼 Our residents are hard at work again! 🌼🌸

Today, they rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty planting beautiful flowers to brighten up our courtyard. 🌷🌻 Their hard work, dedication, and green thumbs are helping create a colorful outdoor space for everyone to enjoy!

We can't wait to watch these flowers bloom and add even more beauty to our courtyard. Great job to all of our resident gardeners! 💐❤️
