We are so proud of our Tilton Police Department Officers and we truly appreciate all they do!

This week, Captain Ryan Schull and Officer Josh Brown successfully completed a four-day Advanced CQB (Close Quarters Battle)/ Hostage Rescue with Immediate action course. Their dedication to advanced training helps ensure the Tilton Police Department remains prepared to respond to critical incidents and protect our community.

In addition, Officer Gage Hughes recently completed a week-long instructor certification course and is now a certified Control Tactics Instructor. Officer Sam Bernardi also recently completed a week-long Basic SWAT course, further enhancing the department’s tactical capabilities and readiness.

At the Tilton Police Department, we firmly believe that training is one of the most important investments we can make. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service possible by maintaining a professional, well-trained, and highly prepared department. Through continuous learning, specialized training, and a commitment to excellence, we strive to be one of the most highly trained law enforcement agencies in the area while providing the best possible service to the citizens of Tilton.

Today, we honor & celebrate our beloved resident, Norma S., on her special day 🎉.

Norma was treated to flowers from all of us at Autumn Fields Adult Community - Tilton and a lunchtime visit from her lifelong friend Sandy, with whom she has shared an incredible 82-year bond since their formative years in Georgetown.

The heartwarming connection between these two friends is a joy to witness, and we feel grateful to have shared in Norma's birthday celebration.

We are happy to welcome one of our newest residents to Autumn Fields Adult Community - Tilton!

Dolores S. moved to Autumn Fields a few weeks ago and she has settled right in participating in activities, making new friends and showing off her new apartment to her visitors.

Dolores taught school for over 40 years in the Georgetown School District then spent 25 years an Art Teacher at Mary Miller Junior High School.

Dolores received her undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and her Masters Degree from the University of Illinois.

She and her husband, Joe, also owned Ben Franklin Dime Stores. She was first married to Joe W. and had two daughters.

She later married Kent S. of Georgetown.

Dolores loves knitting winter hats, socializing, and reading books. She enjoys visits from her grandchildren and watching her great-grandchildren play ball in the summer.

We love having Dolores as part of our Autumn Fields Family!

Meet our newest Autumn Fields Adult Community - Tilton resident, Karen L.

Karen moved to us from Danville but prior to that, she lived in Catlin, where she owned her own custom drapery shop for 50 years. She said that she has made draperies for over 68 years for people in Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky.

When asked what she enjoys about living at Autumn Fields, Karen said, "I love the food and not having to worry about making my own meals. The staff have all been great and I know several other people who live here so it is nice to be around people I know."

We are happy to have Karen as part of our Autumn Fields Family!

Our Regional Director of Marketing, Amy, enjoyed being invited to the CRIS Healthy-Aging Center Health, Wellness & Safety Vendor Fair today

She enjoyed meeting all of the attendees & educating them about Autumn Fields Senior Community, networking with other businesses, and visiting with staff from CRIS Healthy Aging Vermilion County

We welcome one of our newest residents to Autumn Fields Adult Community - Tilton, Marsha H.

When asked what she enjoys about living at Autumn Fields, Marsha said, “I feel at home and the people here are so nice. I love the activities and events. I even got to pet a horse the other day and go to Champaign for lunch yesterday. My apartment is beautiful and I have a lot of room for everything.
The food is always very good and there is a lot to choose from.
I’m so happy here.”
