I’m officially opening enrollment for my Fall 2026 Encouragement Consultant Certification! 🎓🤍
And before you think, “Okay…but what even is an Encouragement Consultant?” 😂
Encouragement is so much more than being positive or telling someone “good job.”
It’s learning to understand the beliefs underneath behavior.
How we develop patterns around belonging and significance.
Why we do the things we do—even when they aren’t working anymore.
How to support people without rescuing, fixing, controlling or shaming them.
And how to help people recognize their own capability, courage and worth.
Over 18 hours together, I’ll walk a small group through the complete Encouragement Consultant curriculum, facilitate the conversations and exercises, and bring my own six years of experience practicing and teaching this work into the room.
And here’s something I really want people to understand:
✨ You do NOT have to want to do this professionally.
Maybe you’re a parent who wants to understand your kids differently.
A teacher, coach, caregiver, leader or helping professional who wants better tools for working with people.
Or maybe you’re doing your own healing and personal-development work and want to understand yourself differently.
You can take this certification entirely for YOU.
Or you can incorporate what you learn into your professional work.
Either way, after completing the training, you’ll officially become a Certified Encouragement Consultant. 🎓
