Harbor's Adult Day Treatment program provides structure, support, and skill-building for individuals who are at risk of hospitalization, transitioning from a hospital stay, or experiencing difficulties with daily living.

Through a supportive group setting, participants can build coping skills, strengthen communication, improve emotional regulation, and work toward greater stability and independence.
