Today, on ***dePreventionDay, we’re reminded that even a small moment of connection can make a difference.

Changing the narrative around su***de starts with all of us. It means breaking the silence, reducing stigma, listening without judgment, and creating a community where people feel safe asking for help.

If you or someone you know needs immediate support, our Crisis Care team is available 24/7 in person, over the phone, or in the community. Call 419-904-2273 to connect with us at any time.

Good things happen when community comes together!

A huge thank you to the UAW Local 14 Women’s Committee for their generous donation to Zepf Center following their recent event!

We loved learning more about the health and wellness needs of their team, sharing ideas, and exploring how we can work together to make a difference in our community.

Thank you for your generosity, your partnership, and for welcoming us into the conversation. We’re grateful to have the UAW Local 14 Women’s Committee as part of our community!

Su***de prevention starts long before a crisis, and creating a community where people feel seen, heard, and supported is a strategy we can support year-round.

This Su***de Prevention Month, take a moment to learn the warning signs, start a conversation, and know where to turn when someone needs support.

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health’s Su***de Prevention Toolkit offers resources to help you recognize the signs, talk openly about su***de, and support someone who may be struggling.

Visit https://dbh.ohio.gov/know-our-programs-and-services/su***de-prevention-toolkit to learn more and find ways to show up for your community.

Happy Recovery Month!
Today, we celebrate hope, healing, and the power of connection.

In our community, we know that recovery looks different for everyone. It can mean healing from substance use, taking steps toward better mental health, rebuilding relationships, finding purpose, or simply realizing you don’t have to do it alone.

This month, we’re celebrating the people, families, peers, providers, and communities who show up, speak up, and help create pathways to recovery.

How will you celebrate Recovery Month? Tell us in the comments! 👇

Today, 25 years after the first observance of International Overdose Awareness Day, we pause to remember the lives lost to overdose and to stand beside the individuals, families, and communities carrying the impact of substance use.

At Zepf Center, we know recovery is possible. Through trauma-informed, person-centered care, we meet people where they are, walk alongside them, and remind them they don’t have to face it alone.

If you or someone you know needs support with mental health or substance use concerns, we're here for you. Call 419-841-7701 to connect with our dedicated team, or visit zepfcenter.org to learn more.

As International Overdose Awareness Day (Aug. 31) approaches, our MOMS/MATernity Journey team joined the Overdose Awareness Event at Defiance College to honor lives lost, stand with families and communities impacted by substance use, and remind others that recovery is possible.

Through MOMS and MATernity Journey, we provide trauma-informed, person-centered support to help mothers and families navigate substance use, pregnancy, and recovery. As we expand these services, we’re creating greater access to care and reaching more mothers and families with the support they need to build healthier futures!
