Before I ever sat across from CEOs, principals, physicians, and other high performers, I spent years coaching college and high school athletes. One of the things coaching taught me was that improvement doesn't happen by simply encouraging people. It happens by paying close attention.
I used to spend hours watching game film, looking for patterns most people missed. Then I'd build practices around what actually needed work, not just what looked good on paper.
Today, my Executive Therapy Coaching looks much the same.
Through our PIE Framework, every session is designed to identify the patterns, beliefs, behaviors, and emotional habits influencing performance. Most of my clients aren't trying to become better leaders at the expense of being better spouses, parents, partners, or friends. They're trying to excel in both worlds.
Together, we work on making values-based decisions during each season of life, prioritizing what matters most, and asking for the support they need without guilt or pride getting in the way.
They don't just want a space to be heard. They want measurable growth, personally and professionally. They want to understand why they respond the way they do, where they're getting in their own way, and what to do differently.
At the end of every session, I provide direct feedback, practical observations, and actionable next steps. Similar to the "scouting reports" that once broke down game performance with athletes, I now help leaders recognize blind spots, challenge irrational thinking, and notice the emotional exits they instinctively reach for under pressure.
High performers appreciate clarity. They appreciate honest feedback. They appreciate knowing exactly where to focus their energy between now and our next conversation.
Coaching has changed arenas, but the work remains the same: helping people perform at their highest level by developing the person behind the performance.
If you're ready to lead with greater clarity, capacity, and intention, both professionally and personally… I invite you to schedule a consultation. I'd be honored to partner with you in your next season of growth.
