Fox Subacute is a subacute Respiratory provider in PA that specializes in Advanced care for pulmonary care and ventilator requirements with an emphasis on vent weaning. Fox offers short and long term rehabilitation services customized to each patient’s individual needs. Since 1985, Fox Subacute has gained a stellar reputation as an industry leader. ients receive proper overall care based on their own specific needs. We pride ourselves in upholding the highest standards of caring for the medically complex patient while meeting and exceeding state and federal regulations. At Fox Subacute, we service the medically complex post-acute patient including but not limited to the following services: pulmonary care, progressive ventilator weaning, rehabilitation, wound care, and the overall medical management of these complex patients. Other services include physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation (SLP), as well as other subacute interventions such as TPN and wound management. Fox Subacute was the first skilled nursing facility in PA and the country to convert traditional nursing homes to sophisticated, subacute patient care facilities. Our facilities are conveniently located in Plymouth Meeting, Mechanicsburg, and South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and are licensed by the PA Department of Health.
