We had the honor of serving an amazing group of veterans in Stanly County last week for a special Memorial Day breakfast. All while honoring the brave and remembering the fallen. We are forever grateful for our freedom.

Thank you to The Stanly County Senior Center for facilitating the monthly Veterans Breakfast Club, and thank you to our amazing Gentiva Hospice Volunteers for all of your help serving at the breakfast. And many thanks to Amivie TLC At Home for co-hosting this event with us monthly. We appreciate you!

Volunteer Spotlight!!

Shout out to 2 of our amazing volunteers. Husband and wife duo....Deborah and Cecil Talbot. Deb and Cecil go above and beyond for our Volunteer program. From both being Veterans and helping cook and serve breakfast at our monthly Veterans Breakfast Club at the Stanly County Senior Center, to helping with activities at The Care Cafe (in photo), adult respite program activities (especially the penny auction), to visiting with our patients for companionship visits, to working in our office doing multiple different office duties. Deb and Cecil, you are appreciated more than you know.
